Thanks for the new chapter! I totally don't see what flaw Wei Yang mixed in to stab at Chang Le. XD And her father is truly trash to be so biased right in front of Wei Yang.

DeleteI think it's because the expenditure is too high to upkeep. It looks like a lot of money needs to be sunk into it and getting no revenue back. Then it's the part where the aristocrats having to foot a big part of the bill. As a monarch, you can't piss off the common citizens but rich families cannot to annoyed either. It's far better to make an enemy out of an influential family that's poor than a new made rich family.
